They replaced my hideous countertops, installed lovely tile backsplash, got rid of my old appliances, installed new ones and, with one hiccup which was immediately fixed, it all went beautifully. Will definitely use them again.

He gave me a quote and did a great job. He was professional and fairly priced. The roof work was great. Liz Called him for another job. Said would sent estimate. No return call or estimate.

We hired Philip as a general contractor to help us with an extensive list of projects that needed to be done to our home. The projects included re-roofing the entire home (elastomeric flat roof), removing and rebuilding a large patio cover, removing two gas water heaters and replacing with one tankless water heater system, relocating a washing machine and dryer to a different part of the home and converting the old laundry space into a kitchen pantry, and completing a myriad of electrical work such as installing a new electrical breaker box with new breakers, installing overhead lighting and outlets in the patio and carport areas, installing a ceiling fan, and other miscellaneous projects. The projects covered the gamut from carpentry, plumbing (water and gas), electrical, drywall, painting, stucco installation, and block work. We found Phil to be professional and personable. Although this project took about twice the amount of time to complete than originally estimated (partly due to us adding additional projects to the scope of work), Phil did a very good job coordinating and scheduling all the sub-contractors, which was a formidable task during this pandemic. Phil was attentive to details and would not hesitate to call subcontractors back to redo their work if the job was not done to his standards. He did a great job cleaning up at the end of the project and making sure that I was happy with the results.
