        Southwest Gas customer service is the best I have generally seen for a long time -- I've had a gas leak issue this week and not only were the customer service agents on the phone super helpful, techs came out extremely quickly and each one has been beyond thorough, helpful, informative, and kind, putting me at great ease; I cannot thank them enough. I am incredibly impressed and grateful!

        The absolute worst company on this planet! Its to bad we cant get another gas service in my area. Over priced and milk every dam penny out of a person. They refused my payments 3 times in a row. Then when they took a double payment...insted of paying my god dam bill they returned my money and left me hanging with a $355 gas bill and "blocks" on my account. What a great way to do service!! I called customer service and OF COURSE no answers...no managers..nothing. worthless company right here!!! Avoid like the plague if i was you.
