I bought a recliner for over $1,000 2years ago. The reclining mechanism broke yesterday. I called service and was told the parts are the only things covered by warranty. That it would cost $175 per hour for repair to come to my home. And that I would have to pay up front. That is totally unacceptable. Ive bought Lazy Boy furniture for 20 years and never had a problem before now. Lazy Boy furniture is extraordinarily expensive now. And quite frankly, the quality of their furniture has greatly decreased. I bought a recliner 5 years ago from Ashleys for $200 and it is still like new. I will never buy from Lazy Boy again.

Our sales rep Debbie Shepard was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. By the time we left the store I felt as though we'd made a friend. It was a great experience. I do love to shop for furniture.
