We bought lovely 4 dinette chairs & used Olivia as the salesperson. The fabric looked worn pretty quickly but we didnt complain. We did complain about the wood legs & texted photos in because the edges became sticky. A person came out & wiped them & touched up with stain. Now some of the chair legs have to be wiped hard as they have developed a white powder like look. I have always taken excellent care of all my furniture & always buy quality, but we will never shop at Ethan Allan again

Renae at the store was very helpful so we could select comfortable dining chairs in the right color wood to coordinate with our table & selecting the best fabric to work with our decor. Delivery was sooner than promised & handled extremely well. This is an awesome furniture store.

Ethan Allen was where we found the perfect dining table for our new home. Frank Schepis provided excellent design consultation and assistance for picking the size, finish and color of the table. While the table was being made, Frank kept us updated regarding the delivery date. I highly recommend you ask for Frank Schepis when you visit Ethan Allen.

We began our Ethan Allen journey after moving into a new space and needing to furnish our living room. We were looking for a new couch but not 100% sure what that might look like for us or how it would fit in our new space. Fortunately, interior designer Renae came to our rescue. She listened to our needs, our aesthetics, and our budget outline. She helped us identify which styles and kinds of fabrics we both liked. She even came to our house and measured and took photos of the space we needed to furnish. Then she designed some gorgeous options not just for a couch but for a complete, harmonious living room in which the couch would be a key piece. From there, she helped us customize our couch and even helped us find two really perfect end tables to go with it. She brought styling options and ideas to our attention that we could not have thought of ourselves, and accomplished the Herculean task of helping us envision a room in which elements of our two very different style sensibilities would come together cohesively. We went looking for a couch but we left with so much more in terms of interior design vision and a sense of direction for finishing our living space. I am really grateful to Renae for the hard work she put into helping us, her patience as we went back and forth over fabric and color samples, and the abundance of spot-on suggestions she had. This is why you go to a place like Ethan Allen, so you can work with an experienced professional whose goal is not to sell you a couch but to help you envision and realize a living space you will be happy with for years. I appreciate that Renae embraced our contemporary taste as well as our appreciation for some of EA's more classic pieces.
