Iam very disatisfied with the delivery department at sam levitz broadway store.I spoke with a woman in delivery about a Item not on the list for delivery she said she would look into it.Well low and behold the item in question was not deliverd.she was rude, and the delivery time was set for 8:00 am- 10:00 am I was woken up at 6:00 am by a rude delivery man who left my furniture outside in my parking space. I will be telling all my Family and friends not to shop at Sam levitz or Ashley furniture stores!!!

Dont shop here. Go to Orange Grove. We have had wonderful experiences at other Sam Levitz locations and were very excited about our new couch. Sadly, my delivery date was set up incorrectly. When I called the store to correct the date, the cashier who said everything was set actually didnt do anything. The delivery people showed up on the wrong date, when I was at work, and I was just holding for 20 minutes trying to get someone to correct this mistake. The hold system directed me to a voicemail that is full and hung up.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I ordered 2 dresser chests back in March. It's May and I'm told they're still on back order and could take at least another month. But if I want I can pick different ones. For what? To still be waiting for my order??? I requested a refund and was told it would get back to be in under 7 days. It's been 15+ days. Please please please go somewhere else to buy your furniture!!!

Why cant I give you zero stars. The location on Broadway is horrible.
I went to buy a bed and platform frame the sales men said they had what I wanted in stock to me that says I can buy it now and take it home with me then right be for he asked for my payment he said they could have it at the store by 4pm the next day the items I wanted were at the Prince Rd location THAT IS NOT IN STOCK THAT IS IN YOUR WAREHOUSE. I did not purchase the items I drove to the Prince location to parched my items then was told to pick up at the loading bay. In addition to the mattress and what I thought was a platform frame I purchased a bundle with my bed, sheets, pillow protectors, pillows and a mattress protector. I am glad I asked where the pillows and mattress protector were. they told me after I payed and was expecting to receive ALL MY items at the loading bay they were on back order and they would call me when they had them. when I got home to put the bed together I realized they had given me a frame for a traditional mattress and box spring bed that is not what I asked to purchase. I specifically told the sales men I wanted a platform frame I was not going to use a box spring.
I then tried to bring the bed frame back to the Broadway location since it is closer to my house the lady said they would give me a store credit and In Order to refund me I would have to wait till the next day for manager approval because I bought it at the other location. this is not good COUSTOMER service if your name is on the door at both locations and the company is not independently owned like a franchise and I just pitched the item the same day why cant I return it the same day to any of your locations.this company needs to better train their employees not to lie so much do not say things are in stock if the items are across town and you cant take them home after purchasing. When items are on back order train your sals people to inform customers be for purchase be honest and dont withhold information or lie.

My husband and I moved to Tucson in 2010 and have been loyal customers since that first week. Weve liked everything we have purchased throughout the years. We have had only one issue recently, with a mattress that was handled quickly and to our complete satisfaction, which brings me to today.
Today I came in shopping with a store credit. I assumed Id be working with an office person, however I was wrong. A very nice young male associate, Brandon Dailey, spent two hours transversing from one end of the store to the other trying to help me. To make matters more difficult I have the uncanny ability to find merchandise that isnt tagged! Well I spent my credit, found some wonderful items and found a nice young man to work with in the future. Thanks again to a great associate Brandon Dailey!
