Customer Service warranty/replacement is a joke! If I could give no stars I would. After the 1st delayed delivery by 2 months, had our couch only 3 months, it broke. Warranty determined a piece needed replaced. That was back in February! I have called numerous times and been told delivery would be 2 more months, 2 more months every time. Even after speaking with a manager who promised delivery by August, here we are in September and I am again being told 2 more months delivery end of October. Ridiculous! After asking for management yet again today, I was transferred only to get a leave a message prompt to a full mailbox. Worst customer service ever! I will never purchase another thing from them and will urge others not to every chance I get!

The cashiers dont know what they are doing. They made me pay off my balance because I wanted to pick up my order instead of getting it delivered so they changed my order for pick up and the cashier confirmed it would all be ready by a certain day and when I arrived to pick it up the lady said they forgot to press a button on their new system to update my order for customer pick up. So we made an unnecessary trip and left without our merchandise. Maybe instead of them just sitting their on their phones all day the least they could do is pay attention to what they are doing for customers on their computers, and if they dont know how to use their new systems they should definitely do some training on it before messing up peoples orders. They dont understand the inconvenience it is for us as customers when they give us a certain day to prepare for and it cant be fulfilled by just a simple mistake. Sam Levitz do better on having qualified customer service/cashiers.
