Greeted at the door with big smile from associate. Said just browsing for a on small sectional and actually saw one on line. Sales associated directed us to the one I was interested in. She gave information that we could change it around and remove a piece if it was too big. She helped measure the couch. Gave us a price and helped with financing information. The manager greeted us after purchase and verified the piece to make sure the product was how we wanted it. Told us the process of delivery as we had to wait for 2 pieces. It was very pleasant experience and highly recommend Bob's Discount Furniture.

My family and I have been shopping for furniture in the Tucson area for quite some time for our new home, in that time, we have experienced different kinds of service to different prices different furniture, etc. We went into Bobs discount furniture off Oracle Road and was greeted by multiple sales specialist, but when we met Peter, he made our shopping experience better than anywhere we have gone from how kind and informative he was to how he was not too much on us making us feel like we had to buy. He was kind to my wife and to my kids. He was very understanding patient and again really really nice. Very nice person. Bobs furniture had great options great prices, but most importantly they had Peter and because of how he treated us and the great prices we decided to purchase from Bobs.
