        Bought a set of stacking bowls in June - one of them cracked yesterday, normal use, so brought it back to exchange. Turns out Crate & Barrel allows returns for 30 days only, even if their product FAILS. I have been a constant and loyal customer for years, and this is infuriating. BUYER BEWARE. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR MERCHANDISE, manufacturer warranties only. After 30 days, they refuse any returns, for any reason. Their policy is clear, my fault for thinking they would make it right. Sigh.. I miss customer service and loyalty
