This is such a cool store! If I was younger and going to live longer I would definitely invest in some of their furniture. The staff did not hover or make you feel like you were being watched. Spent plenty of time in there just checking out their products.

Justin and Country Home has our full support! Not only was Justin patient, extremely helpful and customer oriented - we also can't say enough about the quality of the furniture delivered. We just received our two dressers and have already ordered a Murphy bed for our guest room. I highly recommend Country Home and Justin if your are looking for quality pieces.

Country Home Furniture (CHF) offers beautifully crafted American made furniture, much from the Midwest Amish. CHF sells a few upholstery pieces (sectional/sofas/chairs) by special/custom order from a manufacturer in California. Warning - if purchasing a special order, take great caution to get ALL the details and dimensions in writing. After several days of sofa shopping, we ended up on a very comfortable sectional at CHF. Sales Manager Justin assured us he could custom order the equivalent in a sofa. We ordered 2 for our Tucson home. Our 9-month experience with Justin at CHF was frustrating and expensive! Including a reorder and an upcharge of $380. Our sofas are well made, and so far, we love the fabric. But the sofas are NOT equivalent dimensions in seat depth and comfort of the showroom piece. The seat depth is 3 inches greater causing our feet to not land on the floor. (We are 57 and 6 tall.) Our receipt states a special order of 2 Madbra sofas, we believe the mistake was made when Justin misinterpreted the showroom sectional to be the equivalent Madbra sofa on their diagram. After researching the manufacturers website, the dimensions we expected are available, but not labeled Madbra. Justin is professional and experienced, but our biggest and most costly mistake was trusting him to write up the special order correctly. We now regret not micro-managing and requiring ALL the dimensions in writing on the receipt. In the end, Justin was not willing to reorder again and offered a 20% discount.

Personal Superlative Service; Unsurpassed Quality My needs were unique, and couldn't be met with any online or "big establishment" furniture supplier. Country Home Furniture met them all, and made a (required-by-me) six-month journey with them a fantastic experience! Let me explain: I purchased a small condo in mid-2023, and needed to furnish it from scratch. I knew I wanted furniture that would bring me joy every day for the rest of my life, and then continue to bring that joy to my children, grandchildren, and beyond. Having (earlier in my life) purchased an Amish-made table that has been remarkable, I knew that I wanted only Amish-made for all my purchases: table and chairs, glass-doored bookshelf, double glide rocker, Liberty rocker, roll-top desk, and bunkbed. Due to tax considerations, I didn't want final payment or delivery until 2024. Justin juggled orders from multiple Amish furniture makers---I suspect it was a logistical challenge for him to get things timed *just right* so that he didn't have to store the pieces too long and yet would be sure to have everything ready for an early January 2024 delivery. He never complained about this burden; he touched base with me throughout the months letting me know how things were going; he hand-wrote a beautiful note that showed his appreciation for me as a customer. He made me feel special, cradled in ultra-capable hands, throughout the journey. He even printed me out photos of each piece of furniture so that I could properly anticipate throughout the wait! Backing up a bit, Justin's expert knowledge of Amish suppliers and products led me to *exactly* the furniture that I wanted. He was extremely careful to make sure that I would be pleased with my purchases: for example, he was very careful that I realized the "range of character" that I should expect to see with my rustic barnwood table and chairs. Initially, the Liberty rocker wasn't on my "to-buy" list, but in wandering through their gorgeous showroom, I sat down in it, and immediately recognized it as the most comfortable rocker I've ever used in my life. (After delivery, my daughter sat in it and made exactly the same comment!) Finally---delivery and setup day!! It was like all my childhood Christmases rolled into one, having these *gorgeous* pieces so carefully placed into my home. Their delivery crew is *fantastic* and so friendly! They moved slowly and carefully around tight corners and through small doors in my tiny 625 sq ft condo---it was transformed in the space of about one hour. So---Justin, Preben, and Country Home Furniture---you have brought me immense happiness. I'm bubbling over! For a week now I have been smiling. Much more than earning my business, you have earned my deep respect. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for me.
