The Marshall Foundation is nothing more or less than a corrupt real estate corporation illegally posing as a charitable foundation. Jane McCollum is an un-compassionate, materialistic, and power-mad elitist woman who engages in aggravated stalking, harassment, and false reporting to police falsely claiming Trespassing charges against the needy and homeless people who go to and shop in Main Gate Square in Tucson in concert with Wild West Promotions' Security company owned by Mark Cohen. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against the Foundation and Wild West Promotions is pending.

Everyone has standards. Whether you are buying a car or choosing a college to attend, you have standards that you consider acceptable for your life. Marshall Foundation went over the top. We truly appreciated the value and support they offered  us. Marshall Foundation, founded in 1930, seeks to enhance the lives of Tucson and Pima County residents by supporting charitable organizations involved in education, health and youth projects and services. Stop over and lead a hand and change someones day.
