It's been 2 weeks and i still have not received a quote. Time sensitive project and after a follow up phone call from Alex and a week later no call no show. Disappointed

Work is good but it is extremely difficult to get a hold of the sales rep. We added more work to an existing work order and it took 4 months to complete because of "covid," in 2022... Of course it couldnt have been because the order was lost, according tot he sales rep, and then we were told multiple times they would be out the following week, only to not show up. When i finally left a message informing them we would be looking for another company to finish the job, all of a sudden the company was able to get everything they needed to finish the job within 3 days. Like I said, good quality work, but like others here in the reviews have said, extremely hard to get a hold of them, and took way too long to finish a simple job. Service: Fence installation
