Employees were nice, I hope they're doing well. The food here says otherwise - this sandwich will forever haunt me.

Ordered on the mobile app and the girl at the speaker repeated it correctly. I had ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles and extra onions, when I get home the burger has extra pickles and no onions. It's not that hard to read a screen. There is a lack of communication or something going on.

This location has HORRIBLE service!!! First I was in the drive thru this morning and their Frappuccino machine was "broken" (sure it was), then we placed a large order and they asked us to pull over and wait. We did and as I did there were people behind me that were asked as well and they got their order WAY before we did. Mind you I was taking my kids to school and wanted to surprise them with going to McDonalds. Well that was a HORRIBLE mistake. As we are waiting and waiting I finally had enough. I called the place and asked what the hold up was and the girl said I will get it out to you soon. I had two small kids in the car and told them to wait while I got down. I got down and walked in myself, as I did the girl was in the process of coming out. I then asked if that was mine told her my order and she said yes. I then proceeded to ask what was the hold up!? And she said well the hash-browns had not been dropped and they had to wait on that. Well that's fine but let me know something. I was livid. I asked for the manager and his name was Julio and he was not the bit interested in rectifying anything nor did he apologize for the very long wait. I had to call corporate. Awful! Not even worth a 1 star! but had to add something.

Terrible service, order is not complete! This McDonald's does not deserve 1 star. I don't blame the line employee's, this falls directly on the shift leader, shift manager, store manager and district manager. Supervise!!! Make corrections, ensure everyone is trained properly. One has to prepare an order as if you are preparing it for a family member. Executive Staff you're going to have to get out of the office and fix it. This store manager is overwhelmed, and didn't have the respect to speak with my wife

My order was wrong, I paid for food I did not receive. My order of food was cold and sloppy. I ordered breakfast and my hash browns are cold as well and the breakfast sandwiches. I think they can do better at this McDonalds with the service and preparation of food.
