Went to the Speedway/ Stone location. The first clue, the door and a window was boarded up. Went inside, the person taking our order was very, very high. I even asked "Are you high?" i observed him playing with his face and nose, w/o gloves. He then started twisting his hair, totally ignoring us at the counter. Also, was drumming his knee with the tongs that are used to pick the chicken. Also, observed him pass something from his pocket to another employee who them put in his pocket. I was totally disgusted with the whole scene. I told another employee to cancel my order. He said he will get the manager, who was outside talking to someone in a car. After about 10 minutes waiting my husband when to the door and asked who the manager was we are waiting to get our order canceled. A lady that the manager was speaking to by the car yelled to him you have to wait! The manager finally came into the store and process my canceled order. My recommend is the Regional manager and the health department pay a visit to that store. The whole crew need to be trained on customer service and the store need to be cleaned. I will never visit this store again!

As usual, the piece of chicken used was meh. I've had really good meaty chicken sandwiches, and I've had super bready ones. This one was a good mix. That's corporates issue, not the people who work this store. Every time I've visited they have been so nice & have provided the best customer service.
