Apparently theres no more front counter services but when I needed to use a coupon the gentleman came out and rang me at a regularly register right next to the kiosks..was weird why not keep a register behind the counter like a normal restaurant

I went to this location 2 days in a row to see if the first time was just an off day but it wasn't, the person taking the order had an ear bud in their ear and wasn't fully paying attention and their attitude was subpar and apparently if you order a Large meal, that large meal doesn't come with a large fry, it comes with a medium fry, which absolutely makes no sense. I asked and that's what I was told "the meal comes with a medium" even though I ordered a large. So I had to order a separate large fry and ontop of that all the fries were soggy. It honestly seems like this location is trying to steal your money because I've never had that happen at any other location, EVER. So be cautious if you go to this location and make sure you get a receipt!!!!!! (Reason I gave 2 stars for service was because the person who handed me my food was polite and smiled and said thank you, other than that the rest of the experience there for 2 days in a row was horrid)

Hands down the worst McDonald's Ive been to. Finally had to leave a review after so many visits and always get my order messed up, items missing and food incorrectly made. I understand they employ a lot of teenagers with a high school across the street but the training and management is horrible. Only time my service has been decent is in the early mornings when Ive ordered a coffee. Avoid this location.
