We had Rich come out and install a new steptic Tank out in Sahuarita and he did an awsome job. Kept me informed at all times. He also did demolition and excavating work for us all for a fare price. I would definitly refer him to anyone needing that kind of service.

Sadly had to give 1 because zero wasnt available. Uneducated unorganized place. Complete stupidity on all ends. Owner dont exist. Company is a complete mess. All trucks/trailers should be sent to a junkyard. Unsafe working environment. Unsafe equipment. If you see one of the trucks get off the road. Owner wants employees to drive junk so he makes a buck. Does not care about your safety much less the safety of the public.

Our first 2 meetings for site visit, plans & estimate went well. Rich Henes made good points & we hired him. We signed a contract in March & paid him more than 50%. It is now September & he has only shown up for 1 day. We have contacted Rich Henes multiple times via text & phone without 1 single response. At this point, we are very concerned for we are coming close to our deadline. But will certainly look into taking action to a high level.
