I worked with southwest appraisals for 4 of my properties and had an amazing experience! I worked with Dustin for all my commercial properties and he was incredibly knowledgeable and detailed on his report. He had amazing communication and insight and I really enjoyed working with him. For my residential property I worked with Brett and overall hes a cool guy who made the process super easy and fast. I believe that Steve has a very strong team and continues to lead as best appraisal company here in Tucson. I will be working with them again!

Brett and Steve were both very professional and accommodating to schedule and time frame. Brett was thorough during the appraisal with mesurments and photos. The apprasal package was profesional and very detailed and easy to understand.

Steve Cole and staff recently helped us reduce the assessed value on a commercial building by 45%. Clearly, Steve's years of experience in the greater Tucson market translated into a smooth, predictable process. Even though we had to go through several steps in this process, Steve's staff professionally prepared our case and guided us through the bureaucracy.
