My husband has been having severe nosebleeds, dizziness, pressure in his head, high blood pressure. The teledoc dr told us to take him to the er as they may be able to at least look and see what was going on. When we got there, took about 15 minutes to go in the back. They started to put us in a room, then decided to move us. I've been here before. The room they put us in was a bare sterile room with no supplies or tv. A bed and a chair. The nurse came in to ask what was going on. She pretty much dismissed everything he was telling her and told him he needs a regular dr. When she walked out, she told us we came during "rush hour" so the dr would be in. One hour later, not one person came.to the room. However, looking out the window we saw several people sitting there. One being the young lady who checked us in. However, she had a dog. Yep, a dog behind the counter. Well, since no one cared enough to even check in my husband decided to leave. We opened the door and told the nurse we were leaving as no one had been in to even talk to him. Again, she told us it was rush hour with only 1 dr. My husband went to the car and I went back to the front to ask about paperwork since he didn't see anyone. Well, when I walked up guess what was there? Yup, she had a dog with her. Not a service dog, a small breed dog in a basket. She let me know, after checking in the back we didn't need paperwork. I have never left an er more disappointed and disgusted. We will never go back there. Ever. I hope someone from there reads this and contacts me. I would contact you if you left name of who I need to ask for

Writing a review for a colleague who is too sweet to do so herself but the things she experienced needs to be said. Deserves no stars. Dr. Buckingham was so inconsiderate and had terrible bedside manner. She went in with a severe concussion and was experiencing symptoms such as blurred/decreased vision, dizziness, could not comprehend much and vomiting. This Doctor said it was anxiety and she needed to see somebody else for that. Then pushed a pregnancy test on her stating "If I had a dollar for everytime someone said they didn't need a pregnancy test I could retire" THEN RETIRE.

Both my nephew and niece have been taken here for care, and both experiences were awful. Bedside manner was not good at all, and some of the staff were rude. They seemed bothered by the fact that my niece and nephew were there in the middle of the night. I do not recommend bringing a child to Northwest Emergency Center Marana.

If I went to my Vet, the treatment would have been better! Left alone, in pain for two hours. Then a person came in to talk about my co-pay. I dont think so! Worse of the worse!
