The store is very clean. We were greeted at the door. We were showing where all the items we needed to find were at. The beer was cold.

On Sat. 3/9/24 approx 9am the self check out machine won't take the $5 off coupon so I ask for assistance from the boy who wears the baseball cap on backwards. He says "it's not taking the coupon because your total is not over $25"(even though my total is $25.65). So I add an item. The total is now $26.65. He comes back and says the same thing. "It's not taking your coupon because the coupon says, "$25 OR MORE". I'm confused on what he's saying so I add another item to make the total $27.65. He says again, "It's not taking your coupon because the coupon says, "$25 OR MORE". I ask to get help from the manager and he says he is the manager!!! I'm a bit agitated and ask how are you interpreting "or more"? The brat doesn't answer me, cops an attitude, grabs the coupon back and makes a quick adjustment that takes $4 off the total. PLEASE HIRE WORKERS WHO UNDERSTAND SIMPLE COUPONS LIKE "$5 OFF $25 or more". And educate the boy that $25.65 is more than $25. $26.65 is more than $25. And $27.65 is more than $25. Incredible!!!!!!!
