        I am being treated right now and we have worked on a plan to get me off the prescriptions medication that the previous doc had me on. Be responsible for your own health but also get a great Doctor like Doctor Onate and his staff. They really care about you physically and mentally.

        Too bad Dr. Onate doesnt treat the clients at the CODAC methadone clinic the same respectful way he does his private clinic! He made my kid wait over an hour past her scheduled appointment with him. He wasnt even at the facility! But Ill bet the State of Arizona paid him just the same.. so he can double dip on the taxpayers dime while patients who are poor and homeless can sit around waiting at the CODAC clinic.. shame on you Dr Onate!
