I’m sorry we were not able to meet your expectations MV. In our defense: Plain tart has no real “flavor” other than the flavor of plain yogurt…which is a preference when a customer is ordering a plain tart, they don’t want the flavoring in it (ie black cherry tart, blueberry tart etc) and we give free samples…did you try before you bought? As far as fresh fruit…the cost to have that available for the 1-2 people who request once every 1-2months is not cost effective. We tailor our business to the customers majority requests. And finally the price, we are competitive with all FroYo shops (less expensive than a few) and we include the first scoop of topping on all our cups and the sales tax on all our menu items, which makes us less expensive than all of them…the prices are set to keep the doors open as are with all the FroYo shops (actually any small family owned and operated business) we are very clear on our prices and portions in relation to those prices…so there is no surprise. I invite you to come in and ask for the owner…I will be happy to break down all of the above for you as I am there every day.
