Dr. Arnone and Ari are my favorites! It's always fun (yes fun) to come to the dentist and see them. It honestly feels like hanging out with friends. The quality of care is great. I aways feel like I'm getting top notch treatment. The office is super pretty too, the giant windows from the dentist chair faces the mountains so it's a really calming experience. Honestly, everyone there is nice, from front desk to dental chair.

I recently scheduled an appointment with Zona Dental for a treatment that was three months away. Prior to the appointment, I requested an estimate for the cost of the treatment since I had switched insurances and Zona Dental was out of network, which they provided as $113. Based on that estimate, I decided to keep the appointment. However, when the bill arrived three months later, I was shocked to see that the total cost was over $300. When I contacted Zona Dental to inquire about the discrepancy, they informed me that I should have asked for a pre-treatment estimate instead of the estimate they provided, which they claimed was not a guarantee of the final cost. While I understand the distinction they made, I believe it would have been helpful for them to have been more clear and transparent about the limitations of the estimate they provided. Therefore, I recommend that anyone scheduling an appointment with Zona Dental, especially if they are out of network, should ask for a pre-treatment estimate to avoid any surprises. Once you ge the pre-treatment estimate, confirm the informatio with your insurance and when you go to the appoimtment confirm the plan before the treatment.

I had a fantastic experience at Zona Dental with Dr. Arnone! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Arnone's expertise and gentle approach really put me at ease during my dental procedures.
