      image It started with the phone call to make the appointment, the lady was very understanding. She listened to what I wanted, needed and she was very nice. When I got there all of the staff was great. Dr. Chin was very good. He took the time to explain everything I needed done, what options there were and let me make the decision on what I wanted. He did not make me feel like he was rushing at all. I got a detailed printout of what I needed and the estimated cost so there won't be any surprises. It was a great visit.
