Little Town Child Care

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience and felt uncomfortable. Its a weird little place and in a bad location with homeless people around, trash and zero cleanliness. The one issue I had was I felt I was racially profiled. I spoke with a female with a horrendous attitude, she treated me like I was a lowlife. I asked to speak with a manager and the response from the female was Im the manager, you can deal with me super unwelcoming Be cautious!!

I can't help giggling at the bad reviews here because I Know why. It takes A Lot to see a bad side from any of the employees here. Parents should be responsible for their children Outside of the Daycare and the Daycare takes responsibility of them when left in their care. There is So much proof (you can see) that our children are learning and enjoying the time in Little Town's Care as Soon as you walk in. The owner and employees take our children under their wings and take great care of them as their own, it truly feels like family and have Never had a problem because I have Always paid my bills on time and call when any emergency araises and never think of taking advantage of their kindness (which I have seen people try to do). I Don't know where I'd be without the care of Little Town and it's Employees, ESPECIALLY when preparing for entry into School years. Hope you get a chance to meet the staff! Thank you for listening.

Great child care , wonderful people, I have never wanted to take my kids in to a daycare facility until we came to this wonderful place my kids are so happy they ask for them by name they even ask to go to their house Its so funny and so reassuring that theyre not only nice to us but my kids are truly enjoying themselves and love the staff they are really like family! 10 out of 10 Thank you.

If I could give this place a negative star I would! Whoever picked up my call was very unprofessional and maintained an inappropriate language and tone, calling me uneducated and amusing me of being unprofessional for asking a simple question. No patience for a simple question NO TEMPER for kids!
