It is very difficult for me to review this place. I haven't been there yet. I need some counseling due to the extreme level of stress I have been under for the past few years. I was referred to this place by my neurologist because I really need someone to talk to before I blow a gasket. After talking to them on the phone at great length I decided to trust them to get help. I made an appointment. Then they called me out of the blue to say they can't see me. Something about my insurance (Medicaid). I am awaiting a full explanation for this. I'm guessing it is political. Meanwhile, I am suffering, losing faith ...... to be continued... Ryan, the head counselor, called me back and explained things to me. It definitely has to do with medicaid not wanting to pay for anything except their own salaries. He said he would call me back and let me know where things stand, and I believe him. He seems to care. I'm waiting for his call.
