This starbucks needs some training on how to make drinks. Ive gotten the Hazelnut Oatmilk Shaken Espresso since before it was a new menu item. Suddenly now that its a menu item, it tastes completely different. Way too much milk and I cannot taste hazelnut at all. It tastes like straight oatmilk.

June 10, at 5:26 pm I ordered 5 drinks, and ordered one dragon drink. Everything went well but the young lady with bangs and blonde streaks got one of my orders a wrong. I ordered a dragon drink and she gave me a mango dragon refresher. Once I told her that it was the wrong drink, she gave me attitude, and said next time order correctly and looked like she got all mad because she made a drink incorrectly when dragon drinks always come with coconut milk. I genuinely am a bit upset, knowing that got all upset for making a mistake they made. I dont think Ill be returning if this is how they talk to kind customers.

This location is the worst. Passive aggressive young girls work here. I received a chocolate chip fapp and it was made without care. It was very watery and just tasted like milk. Went back to ask if they could fix it, they were OK but it seem like it annoyed the young girl because she was slamming things around while making it and just place my drink on the counter and walked away without saying anything. Just a little rude. Also I didn't receive my receipt. I'm not happy with the customer service here!
