        They don't toast their bagels. They just heat them up more or less. .... also Starbucks makes millions.... they can DEFINITELY afford to pour a lot of coffee..... my iced lattes are often filled with WAY too much ice. WHERE IS THE DRINK WITH THAT MUCH ICE!?? COMMON SENSE!!! You take a couple of sips and it's already gone. That's annoying as heck. The employees seriously have no clue? It is total common sense. ... or is Starbucks encouraging them to stuff cups with ice to save on milk and coffee?
