        Sales people were all smiles assuring me that they confirmed via phone 3 times with Tillys at Tucson Mall that they had the sweatshirt in the size I was requesting. I went the following day only to find out the Tucson Mall did not have it. I was so upset that I made a 45 min drive for nothing. Poor customer service at premium outlet store. Avoid this location. Poor poor customer service

        They say you can return, but then when you bring it in they can't accept it because the tag isn't attached and it looks washed. Waste of time and money.
