        First time buyer here, but my first experience at the Broadway location was superb, nice and very upbeat, at my first service, really sucked employees did not seem like they liked their job! Down and quiet no personalities, company said we had running flat tires which I think means they air up automatic but nope was not in the pakage but the sales person told us other wise. Evey service appt after that was not a positive experience

        I spent 70k on a new truck and it's a lemon. The salesman, Aaron Antes, and the general sales manager, Chris Holcomb, both said, "we don't put the cars together, we just sell them." Sounds like they might've dealt with this a time or two before. The truck continues to have issues and O'Reilly has washed their hands with the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SHYSTERS!!!!!
