I went to three different locations before coming here, I was interested in the $25 promo if you bring your own phone. Every story except this location was trying to charge me $100 out the door.
The staff here was incredible, experience was very pleasant that I decided on buying a new iPhone as well.

Their service doesn't connect reliably. Sales rep added $10 insurance without ever telling me anything about it.

The service doesn't work for downloading updates. I need to call tech support every 2000mb downloaded over and over for a problem that will never go away

Cindy helped me get my phone set. I was moving from cricket to T-Mobile because I got a new phone for christmas. She was awesome! She got me an amazing price to get started and explained everything to me in a way that did not make me feel dumb for not knowing how to use my phone. She made the whole experience easy and made me glad that I switched to T-Mobile

Went in to buy 2 new phones for my kids and my husband who cant stand bad customer service was amazed by andress great and outstanding costumer service. He was able to helps us with the best options for our grandfathered plan since we were considering switching to sprint for better plans but he was able to help our needs. His patience and amazing way of explaining every detail is greatly appreciated . I have recommended family and friends and told them to specifically ask for andres. I hope I spelled his name right again thank you metro and andres!!!! We are very happy with the new phones and the amazing and affordable plan rates!
