      image This review goes out to Metro Pcs & the staff they hire !!!! With that being said i was a die hard cricket cust.They wouldnt help me out do to the problems i was having . I went to Metro on Prince rd & that is where i met Paulo . He went up & out of his way to help . I am in sales & thats how you treat customers . I will now only go to any Metro Pcs Paulo is mat . Thanks again Paulo

      image All staff manage 3 stores flowing wells/Roger, Prince/Fairview, and Roger/Oracle. They are selective on who they actually want to help and be friendly too. There is a female who is the sister of Marlene. Who is really rude and always in a bad mood. You are trying to tell her your issue and is more interested in answering her phone. It seems you make her more mad that you talk to her. Not only that but I feel sorry for who ever has to stop within the last hour and try to do anything on there account. She closes the store at 6pm. Mind you they close at 7pm. The staff in the south are the best they are always friendly and helpful.
