        If I could leave a 0* review I would. I have attempted to order from this location at least 6-7x in the past 2-3 months. Every time I have been met with excuses after excuses. Today I was finally able to get an order in, after over 45 minutes my order was still showing it was being prepared, so I called, and was told they were down to 1 driver, which was causing the delays, and my order was on it's way. 2 minutes later my order was marked as complete and delivered. Another 30 minutes after that, I was called by the store, and told their driver was in an accident and would not be able to complete my delivery. While my sympathy goes out to their driver if they were in an accident, after several attempts at an easy dinner, and being fed excuses instead of sandwiches... it begs the question. Why is a company listed on doordash if they're not using doordash dashers? Why is there no other alternative than a refund? Why have I been waiting nearly 2 hours for a sandwich to be delivered literally right up the road? This is genuinely, and consistently been the worst customer service experience I have ever been provided. The likelihood I will ever attempt to order from this location again is slim to none. Can my credit be deferred to a different location for this evening's order? I don't know if it's an issue with this company at large, or this location specifically. But there are major issues going on here...

        Ordered from DoorDash. Their Cajun chicken sandwich. I have the same sandwich at which wich , firehouse and sub and never was I delivered a sandwich with parts of the chicken still frozen. I kid you not when I took that crunchy bite , frozen pieces of chicken wasnt what I was expecting. Health hazard and needs to be reported to the authorities. Never eating at any jimmy Johns again.
