As a real estate agent, I recently recommended and worked with Commercial Cleaning and Restoration to prepare a client's home for sale. There had been an unattended death in the home and the process for removal of the odor was extensive. Manny and his team were quick to respond, always professional, and excellent at working with the insurance company. They kept me abreast of all that was happening and were genuinely interested in my feedback to ensure the home was ready for sale at the end. I can report that we are successfully under contract with a buyer. I will continue to recommend them to other clients down the road and wouldn't hesitate to use them myself if the need arose.

I have used Commercial Cleaning and restoration for many years, as recommended by a friend. They are always responsive, and my experience has been positive every time. Anthony was on time, called me before coming over and did a superb job. You could not select a better carpet cleaning company. I give them 5 stars for good reason.

Amazing job by their crew. The scheduled us quickly didn't have to wait weeks. They arrived on time, set to work immediately kept us informed along the way. The carpets in my home looked amazing so I had them do my sons traffic areas the next week. Carpets all look and feel almost new. Highly recommend. Service: Carpet steam cleaning
