I couldn’t be happier with my choice of your company. I’ve used two ‘big name’ carpet cleaners since buying my home in 2010 and while I have no complaints about those companies I also have no accolades for them either. From your handling of my scheduling ‘memory lapse’ of last weekend to today’s service I could not be more impressed. Your Technician, Brandon Valdez, was attentive to my specific areas of concern, polite, efficient and did far more prep work than the other two companies combined AND HE DIDN’T HAVE TO BE ASKED. He helped move items I could not move alone, never complained, and he cleaned my carpet as though it was his own. Clearly he WANTED to do the best job possible and only told me what he COULD do and not what he COULDN’T. Thank you again for everything and please put me on a reminder list for another service six months from now. I am a Kevin’s Carpet Care customer for LIFE!
