This place is a scam. I called to set up an appointment and they asked for my insurance to see if its covered. They sent a bill to my insurance company and I have never been there.

Run away screaming! They are simply too big. E xcllent doctors do not compensate for office staff unable to communicate with itself, it's billing office,or their patients. Phones unanswered, calls unreturned. Most recent interaction-MD ordered extensive testing on my 82 year old aunt. Many were unnecessary repeats of testing previously done. We called and cancelled all the appointments and further treatment. (Only took 3 tries) Wednesday we enrolled my aunt in hospice. Thursday I got a bill for a $200 no show fee. I won't hold my breath waiting for an apology.

Absolutely horrible service do not go to this place when your life depends on it. You will die by the time they get around to taking care of you. Saw the Dr once, gave me some meds and said they would schedule some tests, that was 3 months ago. Youll be lucky if they return a call in 2 weeks. I finally gave up and went somewhere else. They should have their license to practice permanently revoked!

I have always been treated with the utmost respect and care whenever I've visited any of the Pima Heart offices. My doctor is extremely knowledgeable in his field (thank heavens for that!) and is a consummate professional. All of the tests that were performed on me were administered by those who are experts at what they do and I always felt that my comfort actually mattered to them as much as them being able to properly perform the procedures. If you need to have cardiac tests performed on you, this is the place to have them done!

This facility is lacking in follow up. I needed to get an echocardiogram and called five different times. They finally got all the information and said they would call me. I never received a call from this facility.
