        Late afternoon appt. First time visit for my husband. It was crowded and had a little bit of a wait. But not bad. Nurses and other personnel very friendly and I noticed they were very kind to patients who had difficulty. We both liked Dr Kansagra. He asked a lot of questions, listened, didn't assume, and explained things well.
