image Coffee exchange used to be great. The food was really good and they didn't take too long thru the driveway, considering it is made to order. But lately the food isn't great, the wait time is coming up to 20 mins for a sandwich and the service thru the drive thru is really cold and distant. Not sure how often I'll be driving out of my way to go here again.

image Horrible! They are using something that is not matcha green tea powder and trying to pass it off as matcha. I have never seen a matcha latte that is not green. When I complained that there was not enough matcha in the drink, she did not remake the drink, but simply added another scoop of the imitation matcha and stirred it up and handed it back to me. Needless to say, I will not be back!

So matcha comes one of two ways either pre sweetened or without any sweetener. Ours is pretty sweetened because we have noticed through the years that our customer prefer it that way. Since you decided to add amaretto flavoring to the drink it's going to change the color of it. Our baristas are trained to make the drinks to your liking, not every drink on the menu is for everyone. Next time you can try something different. Thank you

image Tucsons friendliest coffee shop? Not at all. Went there with a few coworkers and not all of us ordered something. On the way out the owner was very rude and aggressive and asked me not to come back stating it was a business not a library. I didnt realize there was a requirement for everyone to order something. Had he approached me nicely and requested I do so I would have. My friend really likes it there but I just wasnt feeling up to food or drink. Needless to say he lost our business for sure. The most negative encounter I have ever had at a Tucson local business.
Haha. We were there for 2 hours and there were plenty of extra tables. It was the way you talked to us not your rules. You were aggressive and unkind. Its ok though there are plenty of coffee shops in Tucson that dont require every person to order something.
And btw I am the person you talked to. You shouldnt make assumptions about peoples names.

James if you're going to give a review about someone else's experience you should tell ot truthfully. BEFORE you showed up your two co workers decided to take up a table for six people, sat for about 30 mins without buying anything. After that I went up to them and asked if they would like me to get them something. They responded with no, we'll go up and order. You showed up 30 mins later, the three of you sat for almost FIVE hours, while the place was packed and people that did buy items wanted somewhere to sit. We are not a government funded organization, we are a local business, when you come in and spend 5 hours at a table and not purchase anything and use the wifi and use the bathroom, it's a totally disrespectful. Not only at my business this shouldn't happen, but at any business. Have some common sense and decency.
