I miss Panera. The old Panera. Before they started going downhill. Before they started skimping ingredients and portion size. Theres a reason Paneras are closing down. No one takes pride in the food anymore or the customer service. I even wrote corporate and no one ever got back to me. So they lose another customer for life. Not playing these games or paying these ridiculous prices for mediocre (at best) food. Get your s#*% together Panera before you go out of business altogether.

Management here is a horrible. The staff is completely undirected and lazy - with a few notable suggestions. The food is garbage, stale, and overpriced. The wifi here is a joke. Go to the Broadway Location, if you MUST.

Waited a long time in a very short line, when waiting for my food I can hear the manager with purpleish hair the whole time cussing, making inappropriate jokes, and over all being very loud and rude. She was yelling at runners the whole time even though there was only two of them here. Would recommend just going to a different Panera if you can.
