Unfortunately, Cabinet Magic is a company full of promises that they are unable to fulfill. In the beginning of September 2019, we hired Cabinet Magic for a kitchen cabinet refacing job and provided an initial payment, with final payment due upon completion. We hoped to have the project done by mid-November and were promised verbally that this would happen. On the project start date, no one showed up. At that time, the owner profusely apologized, offered a 10% discount, and gave guaranteed project start date of December 9 and completion on December 13 (all in writing) 3. By the end of December, the project had indeed started, but was only partially completed. The owner requested a draw towards the cost of the project, which we gave in good faith. In mid-January 2020, we contacted Cabinet Magic after not hearing from them for several weeks since the December payment. It took 4 days for them to respond with another apology and a message that they were still waiting on several cabinet doors and drawers to be fabricated. In mid-February, we were again given an apology and promised that cabinet magic was committed to fully completing the project by the end of the week. In the beginning of March 2020, they apologized again for the delay and we were told that they needed to make new doors for our Lazy Susan. Then in late March, they said they were ready to finish the project. By this time, it was clear that Coronavirus was spreading throughout Arizona, and we did not want anyone to come into our house, and frankly, did not have faith in the company any longer. We spoke to a company representative and told them we wished to dissolve the relationship. We thought this would be the end, until we were again contacted in mid-July for project completion and final payment. As a health care worker, I assume a certain level of risk at work, and for the safety of my family and others, do not allow anyone outside the family to enter the home. Buyer beware - unless you are seeking a 4 day project to last over 6 months, we recommend you look to a company other than Cabinet Magic. Their promises and apologies are nothing but empty words.

Working with cabinet magic was truly an easy experience. I respected that the crew wore their masks and respected my home while working. Very friendly and honest. The cabinets are beautiful!
