This is a great place for breakfast. My only complaint is that sometimes they receive hundreds of to-go orders and cannot keep up with the internal and external customer volume. I've had two or three times going here with a 45 minute weight and there's no way to know they're backlogged on to-gos. (P.S. If you're a local company ordering 200+ to go meals as a treat, call ahead a few days... and yes, this has happened twice.) Kid-friendliness: This is a restaurant for families

Ate here 6 month's ago, food than took 35 minutes to get was told couple of cooks called in. I brought guests from out of town said would give another chance should have gone elsewhere. We waited 45 minutes for cold food, tables that came in after us received their food before us, reason I know hardly anyone there when came in except all the people there already eating. I expressed my displeasure was told you ordered salmon. It doesn't take this long at Red Lobster for Salmon meal, cold as well. My 2 little burnt cold pancakes with cold eggs, server took back was hoping for fluffy pancakes and new eggs instead a few seconds later straight out of microwave. Paid $81.28 for this disaster of food and the comments of our server just doing my job, no apologies for horrible food just excuses. IHOP doesn't mean house of prayer I hope my food is tasty and hot. Overcooked and cold pancakes is unacceptable that's why you come here. This is what this company was known for plenty of butter for your pancakes if requested and hot syrup. I finally got my extra butter after finishing pancakes. We will spend our hard earned money someplace else, same problem as before lack of training and no sense of urgency. No customer should ever need to wait more than 30 minutes period
