        Karla, the bank manager is great at her job and very understanding, every time I've ever had an issue or something come up, she's been quick in working to address whatever the issue is. Never had issues with my money or information.

        I love this bank I had this bank since I was in high school and now Im almost in my 30s ! Karla is my main girl ! Shes is amazing has such great customer service , she always help me . Company is very lucky for her ! Thank you academy bank for always being there .

        The bank employees have no idea what they are doing and the manager can't even read let alone help you with your account. You have better luck using any other bank then this one. And they make up rules as they go so they don't have to do extra work. And their hygiene or horrific.
