        Horrible bank. While the staff was patient and pleasant, they are hindered by the archaic policies and software. This isnt sour grapes. Just look at the other reviews. Problems from day one.

        It was bad before and has gotten so much worse. Less supported ATMs means more fees, worse customer service and always exceptionally slow at the branch as always. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank. I know I will be.

        This bank has been the most worst experience ever. We went in on 04/20 to close the account and 9 days later it still was not closed. Come to find out they forgot to close it and allowed a transaction to go through when we dont have overdraft protection so normally it would decline but somehow it went through and put the account in the negative. So because of negligent staff we are getting stuck with a charge. Called the bank and no one cares and no one can do anything even though it was their fault!!! DO NOT bank with these people they are negligent and dont care about their customers at all!!
