Great pastries. Great pancakes. Indoor seating limited. Outdoor seating is good. Good place for a relaxing breakfast. Excellent staff. It can be pretty crowded. Worth a drive to get there.

This establishment was recommended for a personalized cake. I came in Village Bakehouse to order a cake and was beside myself. The person who was taking my order was unprofessional. He did not introduce himself, did not ask me what the event was for, ask for the number of guests or even provide me with a price list. His only concern was filling out a form. His demeaner was uncaring, unhelpful and negligent. His attitude was atrocious and I could not continue with the order. With this uncaring attitude I could not recommend this establishment.

I almost never write reviews but we were so impressed with these cakes I would like to add a compliment. We visited Tucson for 2 birthdays in my family. I chose this bakery off of reviews and we were very impressed. 2 beautiful cakes. Excellent NY style cheesecake and really chocolately cake with ganache frosting. Ready on time and had correct messages written on them (which isn't something that can be taken for granted these days). Thank you guys!
