        Rare to have this level of service now. Steve was so awesome! He listened to my concerns, spoke truthfully to me about repairs and worked very graciously on pricing for repairs. Shook the owners hand when picking up my car. Quality company. Thank you Ryan and Steve for the excellent customer service it was a breath of fresh air.

        So I have a flat tire I came in and asked the guy is there anyone who could help me break the Lugnuts off my wheel he told me no the guys made $35 an hour they would not leave the shop guys I do not recommend you coming here this is not for the community they would not help you out unless you are trying to spend over 1000 bucks with them do not come to one stop auto The management team is not reliable and that is not suited for the community at the end of the day you guys did not attempt to even try to provide any service whatsoever nor try to hear me out.. The service was rude

      This review is a complete fabrication except for this person demanding that we go down the street to help break loose his wheel. We do not have a mobile service. He demanded that we send a technician down the road to where the vehicle has a flat tire. This is not a service we provide. Prices of repairs were never mentioned because we do not repair tires, nor do we loan tools or send technicians down the road, jeapordizing their safety. The management team is very reliable and works closely with the community. We are listed with several organizations as an outstanding community contributor because we love helping people. You stated our service is rude, but the also stated that we did not provide any service. That is very contradictory. We did hear you out, but do not offer the service you were demanding. Based upon your many negative reviews, you always state that the staff is rude. Maybe a little introspective is due since the general public is reactionary, and possibly its the way you treat people, like the way you treated our staff.
