        Owner, Manager, Mechanics, Driver and Their Susie (whatever her title is) are very knowledgeable and honest. Yes they are a business but they dont over charge or do unnecessary repairs. Did I mention friendly and caring? They are! Wouldnt go anywhere else.

        This is the second time we have used Klipper Automotive and as of now I am completely on board as one of their regular clients. Quality repairs done right and at competitive prices. So far everyone at Klipper Automotive has been courteous, helpful, conscientious, and fair. What clinched it for me was when I heard John discussing a repair with the client ahead of me. John was asked, Why didnt you replace the brakes? John replied, Because you dont need new brakes. and then he went on to explain the brake inspection information which showed the brakes were only halfway to needing to be replaced. John assured the client he would monitor brake wear and replace them when it was needed. Another big thing for me is the support and help that Klipper Automotive provides to the Salvation Army. Service: Steering & suspension repair
