This shop is dishonest and incompetent. They will break your vehicle, make you buy parts it doesn’t need, and cost you massive amounts of time and money with their complete lack of care.
I took my truck in to have a noise checked out before a long move out of state. I was told the timing chain was the culprit and needed to be changed. When it comes time to pick it up, my engine is shaking violently and the noise I brought it in for was still there. The mechanic informed me that no one told him he was diagnosing a noise. So why was I told, twice, that the timing chain was the cause of a noise by the front office? The engine was shaking violently as they said the harmonic balancer was now broken. Weird, it was fine when I brought it in. The part was on national back order and we were moving, so I left my truck in Arizona, undriveable, for over 3 months waiting for a part.
I finally had my truck removed from their shop and brought to another shop where they immediately fixed it. The harmonic balancer was fine. Turns out UNHAPPY CAR CARE broke two of the injector clips so it was running without two cylinders. They also broke an A/C compressor connection and took pieces off of my truck I never got back. Thanks for wasting my time, money, and severely messing up our travel plans and depriving me of my truck for over 3 months.

I took my car in with check engine light on. they were able to address the problem and resolve it immediately. I've been back to have additional services done. Everyone at the shop is awesome and kind.
