        First time ever getting my 4Runner serviced at this dealership. Was just getting tire rotation and fluids checked/general inspection. Waited 90 minutes. Checked with the service desk to get an update. They had no update. Waited 40 more minutes and went back to the service desk. They told me they were unable to get a hold of my advisor. Turns out my vehicle had been ready for quite some time but my advisor took a long lunch and provided no communication. I wasnt apologized to. I found it rude and unprofessional to wait 2 hrs 15 min for a tire rotation without any communication despite multiple attempts to find someone to help. I wont be coming back to this service center.
