My car insurance almost doubled for 2024, shopped around and was so glad to find a decent price with Emilio. Was happy with their payment option and impressed with the same day processing after our phone conversation. It was a relief to find Superior Insurance Group.

I highly recommend them. Ive been Tony Rodriguezs customer way before he was Suoerior Insurance and I am very pleased with him and his staff since 2008 approx. They are very friendly and take care of you and your family like their own. They find you the best rate for your needs.

They caused so many issues with my homeowners insurance. Representative blamed the banks and I am in a mess now where 3 different insurances were paid out by my escrow for coverage. It's a mess that I now am sorting out.

Tony Rodriguez was highly recommended to me and although he originally got me a better rate it was ultimately not worth it given the time invested with having to deal with disorganization and lack of customer service skills. My insurance was even briefly canceled because my payment information was never given to the insurance company despite providing it 3 times. I renewed with the broker ignoring my previous headache because i did get a good rate, but when the issues began again I decided to go elsewhere and ended up saving more money with the same coverages. The staff is very friendly and professional, but the broker himself may just be too booked and rushed to provide the service he was once known for. When brought to his attention Tony replied "it's not a big deal, that stuff can be fixed", I agre, but a customer shouldn't be left without insurance or have to take the time to to ensure their broker is doing basic tasks like providing payment info and correct customer names, addresses, and policies requested. Perhaps I was the outlier, but I will not be recommending Superior Insurance Group or Tony Rodriguez to anyone in the future.
