Victor from Windshields Arizona is the best! Feel like I made a new friend. He made me feel comfortable about the install of my class A windshield with his first phone call to schedule. They have a great portable rig just for this task and know what they are doing...very professional. Victor came back and helped me install my MagnaShade without any extra charge. Really appreciate these guys and my new perfectly installed windshield.

Victor came thru with flying colors. Brought my window an hour plus out of Tucson. and installed with no issues. A bit later than promised but it's in and done and I'm a happy camper. I believe he'll always try his hardest to deliver despite a few glitches in my delivery. Upbeat nice guy!!

Victor at Windshields Arizona has always treated me like family. Answers the phone the first time everytime and is always genuinely happy to speak with me. If the glass can be found cheaper elsewhere, he will (and has) inform me of that as he always wants potential customers to get the best deal. Just as he did when I wanted the back glass in my 92 Prelude replaced. And those pieces of glass are not at all easy to find (or cheap) anymore. He told me where I would find one that resulted in considerable savings. That meant money in my pocket instead of his and nowadays I think that says alot more than words can describe. Especially since there seems to be so much unchallenged greed in the world anymore. So dealing with anyone who hasn't succumbed to that temptation that countless others have, is a rare pleasure and more difficult to find than a back glass (or many other parts) for my Prelude. I have never used any other company for auto glass and don't see as I ever will. For me,, when it comes to auto glass, Windshields Arizona has been the only place I'd go for literally as long as I can remember.

COACHMAN 35' motorhome windshield replacement: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Owner: VICTOR & his son RYAN arrived to replace our windshield. The first thing RYAN did was broke the fiberglass behind the mirror by standing on the mirror. He also fitted the windshield crooked and the rubber trim does not fit correctly. He also cut the trim to short and filled the gaps with black goop glue. Then never came back to fix it. Victor, the owner cussed my wife out on the phone because she called to have them come back and repair the trim and mirror. Finally the insurance company hired another company to repair the mess. But when they arrived the man said it was such a mess he didn't want to take the chance of breaking the new windshield. So he super glued the trim to the windshield .lol . What a costly disaster! Now we have to have it all redone by professionals. If you own a motorhome I would advise you to hire someone else that will respect your property and show up to fix their mess ups after being paid!! Oh, 1 employee admitted to us that all he does is repair Ryan's mistakes. After nearly 45 days, of dealing with these people, my wife called the owner Victor to see when they would be coming back out to repair the windshield. Victors wife cussed my wife out and said, we only have 3 people working here and you are not our problem anymore!!! We are not ones to complain or give bad reviews online or by word of mouth. But these people are bad news!! ( We are now in the South East and our windshield leaks terribly! ) God bless
