First thing of note is the email is easily accessible and monitored closely. When I pulled up to the shop ahead of business hours, they opened the door and welcomed me inside. Roman immediately assessed my vehicle and provided a quote. Roman gave honest and realistic concerns and expectations of repair and explained the process and nuances involved. He was unable to accommodate me same day, however it was only because he was working with another vehicle. He did attempt, followed up, apologised for not being able to, and set a day. I got two other quotes from other body shops requesting the exact same work. This was the cheapest by 75% of competitors quotes. The work was quality and quick while I played my Nintendo Switch in the lobby of the shop. Fair, professional, respectful, and honest. Will be returning and referring for future repairs. Oh my gosh, this guy is AWESOME!!! If you need your car fixed, this is 100% the place to go. Each time I sent a message on Yelp, he was quick to respond. I arrived on short notice & he got the job done (free of charge) because it was a small issue with my bumper, but still!!! So hard to come by places like this nowadays. If you have dent/ car issues in Tucson, this is the place to go. Thanks again!!!! I'll be back.
