        Tried to overcharge me for something I specifically didnt request. Told them only front brake pads since I was traveling and couldnt do it myself at the moment. They tried to charge me over $600 for things I either didnt need or could do myself once I had time. I told the front desk AND the mechanic on the job not to do the extra stuff and just the brake pads, they did it anyway and still charged me hundreds. DO NOT GO HERE.

        This place was recommended by the Discount Tire shop just around the corner. I've brought 2 different vehicles in for service over the past few weeks. They've done good work, and although I think auto repair is way over priced, their pricing seems to be competitive. Monica, the service manager, is fantastic! She's friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond for me. Great customer service from her. I'll use MPG again.

        I and family are old customers of Big o located on golf links Jesse the manager excellent customers service and he is the main reason I return to his location but the intake process is entirely to long spent to long waiting to get car in the garage due to paper process please be consider and other then to say I was satisfied let's go Golf links people head that way great honest work
